Processing Time:

Each product is made to order and prioritized in the order in which they are received.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for production on every item.

That time window could vary depending on current order load or other factors.

Products and Care:

Every item that we make is unique and may vary in color, character, or thickness.

Every item produced is carefully made and none will be less in quality or life because of those variants.

That's the beauty of leather.. you're going to get a product that is as one-of-a-kind as you.

Refunds:

All sales are final.

If there happens to be a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the product at no cost to you if the defect can clearly be shown. In addition to that, any issues with stitching are covered by our free re-stitching policy.

All of our leathers are sourced from the Wickett & Craig tannery.
